G.A.I.N. is Guam’s humane society, incorporated in 1989. GAIN is a shelter-based humane society, and a 501(c) (3) charitable corporation.
Our charitable purposes include the prevention of cruelty to animals, education of the public concerning animal welfare, and the implementation and enforcement of good laws pertaining to animals. G.A.I.N.has operated the Government of Guam animal shelter since March, 2001.
